En los Estados Unidos no tienen bueno asistencia médica. Los Estados Unidos gasta mucho más dinero en asistencia médica, pero muchos personas no reciben la asistencia ellos necesitan. Muchas veces, personas no tienen dinero suficiente. Los Estados Unidos también tiene alto tasas de enfermidades chrónicas, especiamente obesidad.
